I'm not sure how else to solve this, I tried to remove all CC files where I could, but still no luck and I'd have to Force. I then scoured the internet and came across the Creative Cloud Cleaning tool, but whenever I tried to launch it, it would stop responding immediately. I even reinstalled the CC and tried to run the trial, but somehow the installation always fails.
